Changing the pantoscopic tilt using only your fingers is very difficult. This tool allows you to securely grip the hinge or end piece and alter the temple position to achieve the proper angle. Lock onto metal temples with the opposing grooves in the jaws to make adjustments. The recessed holes in the jaws protect the hinge screw.
