You take one look at a patient’s frame and you know he has been trying to adjust the nose pads himself. The pads have been flattened or spread super wide. You need to get the arm back to its proper curvature so you can adjust the nose pads correctly. Reach for this plier. Aka a “half round” or “looping plier” this tool is what you need to re-create the proper “American” pad arm curve.
