Warranty

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Claims must be made in writing and must be accompanied by samples demonstrating the complaint. Liability for any claim shall be limited to the stated selling price of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special or consequential damages or damages for loss of anticipated profits, or for delay in delivery, or for misuse or abuse of the product by buyer or others in the chain of distribution. Products returned as defective, which were damaged due to improper handling, abuse, or normal wear and tear, will not be accepted for credit, return, or exchange.

OTHER CLAIMS: All claims for shortages, mis-ships, etc. must be made in writing within (10) working days of invoice date and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
